Industrial design plans for 3-d printing and injected moulded plastic gardening instrument

Hi, we are a family in NZ wanting to create a spiked gardening instrument for stakes made out for plastic.
Project details - Plastic to be used in 1.2mm.
- Total length of the stake is 400mm
- 300mm is a hollow cylinder at the top that will hold the stake.
- 100mm is the spike at the end that goes into the soil.
- We would also like a T-bar about 350mm long that inserts the stakeholder
- At the bottom of the cylinder we would like a light bulb like feature, where the T-bar can pull the stake out.
