Industrial Equipment Design Specialist

I need a complete hardware design for a piece of manufacturing-grade industrial equipment. The scope covers both the mechanical layout and the integrated electronics that will drive and monitor the unit; no hydraulic systems are involved.

You’ll take the concept from requirements capture through to production-ready documentation, combining robust mechanical engineering (think SolidWorks or Creo for 3-D modelling, tolerance analysis, enclosure design, safety guarding) with a reliable electronic control system (schematic and PCB layout in Altium or KiCad, component selection, firmware interface notes).

Deliverables
• 3-D CAD assemblies and detailed part drawings
• Electronic schematics, PCB Gerber files, and annotated BOM
• Integrated system diagram showing how the mechanical and electronic sections interact
• Manufacturing and assembly instructions suitable for a prototype build

I’ll supply functional requirements, footprint constraints, and any preferred components once we start. Designs must be ready for prototyping and follow common industrial safety standards; acceptance is based on a clean mechanical fit, complete electronic documentation, and clear build instructions.
