Illinois MEP Engineer for Modular Building
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for Illinois licensed MEP Engineer to review and stamp documents for one small modular building project in California. The stamped drawings must include a secure digital signature verified through a third-party authentication provider (e.g., IdenTrust or equivalent) to confirm the identity of the signing engineer.
The project is for one 234 sqft modular building.
All drawings and documentation are complete and ready for review. These documents have been used at different project sites without any issues obtaining a permit. The scope is limited to review, signature, and stamping. If any issues are identified, you will have full discretion to redline or mark up the documents as needed. Our team will make any necessary corrections prior to your final approval and stamping.
Scope of Work:
-MEPl Drawings for Review and Stamping
Requirements:
-Current Illinois PE license in Engineering (provide license number for verification)
-Digital signature verified by a third-party (similar to IdenTrust or equal)
-Ability to review promptly and return stamped documents quickly
This is a one-time task, but we occasionally have similar needs and may reach out again for future projects.
