Hong Kong: Design overall pool robot based on an industrial design

Have industrial design need mechanical engineer to built the technical files with the internal parts like the overall expulsion system, dust comparment and wheels suspension. Adavantage if designer is located in HKG as we could work on the project over the next 2 weeks while I am in town.
