Home Air Flow Design for Efficient Heating

I'm looking for an expert in HVAC design to create an efficient air flow system for my home. The primary heating source is a pellet stove. The main goal of this airflow design is to improve comfort throughout the house, with a specific focus on the bedrooms, which require the most attention. Pellet stove 63,000 btu is main floor in dining/breakfast area, 3 bed rooms (each 150 square feet) are upstairs. Need to better heat them using the pellet stove. Also have straight stairway going from main floor to upstairs
