Roles and Responsibilities:
+Knowledge of MEP drawing.
+Ability to take off accurate quantity from drawings.
+Preparation of BOQ’S & Take-off’s as per International standards.
+Value Engineering.
+Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Quantity Surveying.
+ Excellent level of literacy skills in English.
+ Excellent understanding of MEP quantity surveying practices in particular pre-contract services.
+ Good understanding of methods of measurement and measurement/billing softwares.
+MS Office knowledge especially Excel is very important.
+ Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
+ Must have the ability to use the latest computer software's such as Autocad & PlanSwift Supporting Programmes to fulfill his/her tasks.
