I need to produce an aluminum-based metal alloy with high resistivity, low conductivity and a material that dissipates heat. This alloy will be used to manufacture a rotor.
According to the readings I carried out, I understood that it is not possible to reach 100% high resistivity nor 100% low conductivity, but I would like to get as close as possible.
After the studies carried out, I need all the information: Metallic materials used in the appropriate percentages, how to make the mixtures, the tempers and treatments used.
And all the necessary documentation for manufacturing the alloy, because after manufacturing I will ask to machine the part.
