High-Capacity Water Bottling Machine

Job ID: 39818620

Budget: $250 – $750 CAD

I’m taking my mineral-water plant from idea to reality and need a complete mechanical and automation solution for a bottling line that comfortably exceeds 1,000 bottles per hour. The concept is sketched out, but nothing has been engineered yet. I’m based in Telangana and would prefer to work with engineers who can visit the site as required and tap local fabrication resources to keep costs in check.

Core functions the line must integrate: precision filling, secure capping, and clean labeling in one continuous flow. Energy efficiency, low maintenance, and an operator-friendly HMI are equally important. Typical tools I expect to see in your workflow include SolidWorks or Inventor for 3D modeling, AutoCAD for layout drawings, and PLC-based control logic (Siemens or Allen-Bradley are both fine).

Deliverables I need to move from concept to build:
• Complete 3D design and 2D fabrication drawings
• Bill of materials with locally available parts flagged
• Control architecture, wiring diagrams, and PLC code skeleton
• Costed implementation plan, broken into clear milestones
• Remote and on-site commissioning support through first production run

Acceptance criteria: output ≥1,000 BPH with <2 % downtime in an 8-hour shift, fill accuracy within ±2 ml, and seamless hand-off between fill, cap, and label stations.

If you’re within Telangana and have proven experience designing high-speed packaging equipment, I’m ready to review your approach and timeline.
