Help with design of a pontoon boat

Hello! I am looking to hire someone for help with the design of a pontoon boat. The purpose of the boat is transportation and should be large enough to accommodate 3-6 people. I prefer to use marine plywood as the material in constructing the boat. I am seeking someone with the skill and knowledge to help me design a successful and safe boat, while also being stylish.
