I am looking for an experienced freelancer to teach me how to conduct a CFD simulation of a helix rotor. The goal is to learn how to use software like SolidWorks Flow Simulation or an equivalent tool to analyze the rotor’s performance. Specifically, I want to understand how to simulate a real-world scenario where the rotor rotates and determine the RPM and torque based on a given flow speed.
=> Provide step-by-step training on how to set up and run a CFD simulation for a helix rotor under realistic conditions, including its rotational movement
=> Teach how to calculate RPM based on a specified flow speed
=> Show how to determine the torque generated by the rotor
=> Guide through creating a graphical time-based simulation showing the rotor's movement and the forces acting on it over time
=> Use CFD software (SolidWorks or similar) to walk me through the entire process, from setup to analysis
