Heat Transfer Analysis of Monofacial Solar PV Modules using COMSOL Multiphysics

I want to see the variation in temperature while moving through the thickness of the solar PV Module across the different layers. The geometry will be a Monofacial PV Module in 3D where radiation falls on one side ( Glass surface) and heat flux will be taken as input. In addition to this, I need to see the variations in temperature when the heat flux incidence varies by a fixed angle from normal incidence ( between 10 degree and 90 degree)
