I'm seeking an experienced engineer to design and construct a carbon steel heat exchanger primarily for heating purposes. The candidate should ideally have a solid background in pressure vessel engineering with specific skills in:

- Working with carbon steel
- Understanding the heating processes in a heat exchanger
Knowledge of thermal dynamics is a must, and familiarity with ASME standards for pressure vessel design would be highly beneficial. Your duties will include delivering a functional, reliable and safe design, as well as overseeing its actual construction. Please provide evidence of previous similar work when bidding.
