HVAC engineer

My business is in need of an HVAC engineer for the installation of a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system for a low use, indoor pool (inside a metal steel building$).. The installation will take place in a commercial building, so we require an experienced engineer who is familiar with different models, brands, and systems that are best suited for this specific environment.
