HVAC for New Residential Home constructed in Whatcom County under Washington State Energy Code. I am an owner/contractor looking to purchase the equipment, utilize a local sheet metal fabricator, and install all equipment per design. Needs to meet the construction permit WA Energy codes selected for this occupational build.
