I'm seeking an HVAC professional to copy and create a mechanical plan for a house we are building. An example of an HVAC mechanical plan for a nearly identical house is attached.
Requirements:
- Compliance with the 2018 IECC using the prescriptive method, fulfilling the mandatory requirements of N1101.13, including:
- Certificate N1101.14
- Air Leakage N1102.4
- Controls N1103.3
- Duct Sealing N1103.3
- Building Cavities N1103.3.5
- Circulation Hot Water System N1103.5.1
- Mechanical Ventilation N1103.6
- Equipment Sizing N1103.7
- Lighting Equipment N1104.1
- Accurate per the notes on the attached plans and IRC2021.
- Include a report resembling the IECC 2021 Performance Compliance report on Page 3.
- Emphasize Lighting Equipment and Circulation Hot Water System.
