HVAC Expert for Both Residential and Commercial

Looking for an HVAC expert to fix an issue am having with my system. We have an evaporator we are looking to use for a custom system but we dont have a way to weld copper tube on to it.

Needs to have experience with overall HVAC systems and evaporation/condenser system
