HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing Revit Modeling
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
As the lead on this current project, I need an experienced MEP Revit modeling engineer to help complete the addition of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems on a pre-existing model.
Tasks include:
• Integrate a comprehensive HVAC system - the specifics for which will be provided.
• Addition of electrical systems and plumbing systems.
• Extending the existing lighting system.
This project does not require any new designs as we're only adding the HVAC system to the current model. Knowledge about possible problems in such layouts and ways to solve those would be favorable. An understanding of MEP systems in a building and the ability to work with the Revit platform are a must.
We are looking for someone who can understand the existing structure clearly and make additions seamlessly, without disturbing the existing plan and design too much.
Anyone who has prior experience and sound knowledge in this field is highly encouraged to bid.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Proficient in Revit
• Extensive MEP Engineering knowledge
• Experience with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Lighting systems
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledgeable of building codes and regulations.
