HVAC Bill of Materials
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am in need of a freelancer who can create a bill of materials for an HVAC system in a commercial building. The ideal candidate will have experience with large-scale HVAC systems and be familiar with the following:
- Fan Coil Units
Air Handling Equipment
Hydronic Pipe Systems
Sheet Metal Ductwork
The building in question is over 50,000 square feet, so experience with large commercial HVAC systems is a must. The project will require a detailed list of materials and equipment taken from two sets of drawings.
One drawing is the original design and the 2nd is the alternate design for the ground floor. The list of materials should include length of ductwork and pipe by size, include a count of fittings such as elbows, transitions, tees, reducers, etc. Convert the ductwork size and length to weight. CAD files will be provided for the two sets of plans provided in this listing.
