HEPA Filter Pleater Machine CAD Assembly

I need a complete SolidWorks model of a filter-paper pleating machine that will be part of a new HEPA-filter production line. The model must go beyond a simple outline; every mechanical element—rollers, blade assemblies, drive train, frame, guides, pneumatic or servo modules—has to be represented so that the file can move straight into manufacturing and procurement.

To speed things up I’ll share several YouTube videos of comparable machines. Use those clips as the visual brief for dimensions, kinematics, and workflow; if any clarification is required, I can provide still frames or quick sketches.

Deliverables
• Native SolidWorks files (.SLDPRT & .SLDASM) showing the full assembly with all components and sub-assemblies organised logically
• Exploded-view drawings and a printable PDF set suitable for the shop floor
• A BOM that ties every part number to purchased or fabricated items
• STEP/IGES exports for vendors who don’t run SolidWorks
