Gear Box Designing

Looking for a mechanical/industrial designer to design a 1:24 gear box with compound gears connected to a rack. The design of the gears should be within 60mm x 80 mm. Gearbox should include gears already available in the market. Shaft diameter for the first gear will be 5mm. Also I would require strength analysis of the gears under pressure.
