I'm seeking an engineer to create a prototype of a gas-to-liquid processing system, aimed for operational testing.

Key functionalities:
- The prototype should be capable of measuring gas conversion efficiency.
- It needs to include a controlled tank system that mixes gas with a specific composition.
- The system should convert the gas into liquid and transfer it to a second chamber.
- In the second chamber, the liquid will either exit through a valve or be evaporated by heat or vacuum.
