Full Structural & MEP Package
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m seeking a single team that can take responsibility for every civil, structural and MEP detail on an upcoming project. All calculations, drawings and schedules must comply with BOTH BS 5950 / AISC 360 so the package is immediately acceptable to any international checker. The buildings are mainly modular cabins and a few are PEB. We will need pedestals for the modular buildings and proper civil foundations for the PEB. Design shall be highly optimized.
The work spans civil foundations, pre-engineered steel buildings and the complete MEP suite—HVAC, plumbing and electrical. I will need the initial design set with detailed calculations for approval and, once signed off, a fully developed package has to be provided.
Deliverables
• Design reports with all structural calculations and code references (including civil and steel structures)
• Coordinated MEP layouts integrating HVAC, plumbing and electrical services
• Fabrication-ready shop drawings for foundations, steel members and MEP works
• Itemized bill of materials covering every civil, structural and MEP component
• Editable CAD/PDF files plus native calculation sheets
Please allow for minimum 3 - 4 review cycles between the concept design and the final shop drawings. Clear, prompt communication throughout the process is essential. Project duration is min 6 months and all support in case of any issues with the design shall have to be addressed during the construction period.
