From Ansys solution I need to graph contour plots in MATLAB

From Ansys workbech mechanical structural I got stress results that I need to show in MATLAB .
I do not how to find the information in my Ansys results to send the input data to MATLAB. I will provide you my Ansys solution file and from there you need to graph a contour plot in MATLAB.
