Foundation Engineering

I am needing engineering on a foundation for a CMU building. Preliminary foundation has been designed by a draftsman with no expertise in the field. I will provide soils report from a local laboratory for any criteria needed.

I also need under-ream specs if required based on the soils report. Attached are preliminary plans for the building. If you need additional information, please ask.
