I am seeking an experienced engineer to assist with conducting fluid mechanics calculations, specifically focusing on stormwater management for a 205sqm roof area.

Requirements:
- Proficient in fluid mechanics with prior experience in stormwater management calculations.
- Capability to conduct detailed rainfall runoff calculations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fluid mechanics and stormwater management, with the ability to deliver accurate and reliable calculations for rainfall runoff. Experience in stormwater management systems and projects is highly desirable.

Hi all!

I have a final engineering request for an existing council application in the Adelaide Hills.

The request is as follows:

Council’s Engineering has reviewed the latest stormwater details and provided following comments:
1. Current plans indicate all surface stormwater from the permeable paved carpark are to be directed to the existing lawn area eventually the water will enter the creek system, this is acceptable.
2. Please provided calculations for the pre and post development area for the roof of 205sqm.
3. Please include calculations demonstrating how the stormwater discharge will be restricted to pre development rates for the 205sqm.

Note: The pre development roof area of the existing building is 90sqm pre renovation

Engineering for the area has been submitted and was thought to be finalised though they came back with the further query above. Happy to supply all existing calculations and stormwater management plans
