Florida PE Review and Seal for MEP Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
A set of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing plans for a new commercial build in Florida is ready for professional review. The drawings are still at the preliminary-design stage, so I need a Florida-registered Professional Engineer to examine the full MEP package, note any code or constructability issues, and then provide the official signature and raised seal required for permit submission.
Turnaround is important because the architectural and structural teams will follow the stamped MEP sheets when they advance their own documents. Coordination comments, if any, should be marked clearly so we can update the plans before you issue the final sealed set.
Deliverables (PDF preferred):
• Red-lined review copy with comments
• Final signed and sealed MEP plans ready for upload to the local building department
