Project Overview
A qualified Fire Protection Engineer/Designer is required to develop a complete fire safety system design for a residential building. The design should comply with all relevant local building codes, fire safety standards, and authority requirements.

The appointed freelancer will provide:
1. Fire Alarm System Design
• Layout drawings (detector and alarm device placement)
• System zoning and wiring schematics
• Panel specification, load calculations, device schedules
2. Fire Fighting System Design
• Hydrant and hose reel system layout
• Sprinkler system layout as applicable
• Pipe sizing, hydraulic calculations and pump selection
3. Emergency & Safety Measures
• Emergency lighting and exit signage placement
• Fire extinguishers placement plan
• Evacuation route plans
4. Documentation
• Bill of quantities (BOQ)
• Technical specifications
• Compliance report referencing local standards (e.g., NFPA / BS / NBC or local regulations)
• As-required submittal documents for authority approval
