We are organizing a Fan Zone activation and need a creative 3D designer with technical engineering awareness who can transform 3 real machines (forklift / skid-steer / loader similar equipment) into interactive sports games — based on AI-generated concept images that we will provide.

The designs must not only look good — they must be realistic and implementable.
Scope of Work

1. 3D Fan Zone Layout
Top-view layout (floor plan) showing:
Positioning of all games and machines
Entrance arch / branding
Safety zones and flow of visitors

2. 3D Design / Visualization
Transform 3 actual machines into realistic game activation concepts
(e.g., basketball hoop on a forklift, football target board on a machine, etc.)
Produce 3D renders from multiple angles
Designs should look realistic and implementable on-site

AI-generated reference concepts (you refine into a real design)
Fan zone dimensions and layout guidelines
Requirements

Technical/engineering sense is REQUIRED
Because the output must be practical, feasible, and safe to build.
Ideal candidate:
background in mechanical / industrial design / event engineering, or
experience designing structures mounted on machines, or event builds
Preferred tools:
SketchUp / Autodesk / SolidWorks / Blender / 3ds Max (any CAD or 3D tool is acceptable as long as files are delivered)
Deliverables
3D/2D layout (PDF + editable format)
3D renders (high resolution, 3–6 angles)
Source files of both 3D work
Budget

90 USD (fixed price for the whole job — not hourly)
