FEM Strength analysis and improvement of a 3D Frame drawn with Fusion 360
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Hi all together,
we need a Strength analysis of a frame to increase the strength in the critical areas and make the best material selection.
The sizes of the material is not final. Its made of 25mm square pipe, but that can be changed regarding the analysis. We would like to build it from aluminum, but might switch to steel, if thats necessary also.
Attached there is a first draft.
What I need to be done:
Analyze the frame for strength (weaknesses)
Then the drawing will be improved and it needs to be analyzed again, until its good. I think with 3 tries we should have a good result?
Open to suggestions.
