There is an argument said that while lifting the pump it is require to open the platform. After taking out the platform from around the pump, the techniques able to lifting the pump. The reason for taking out the platform from around the pump is because when someone standing above it will create bending or caused unbalanced for the pump while lifting.
Other said as they said the platform it is strong enough to hole the people weight without causing any issues. The platform it is supported by it is own column. Therefore, it does not seem it will case any issue while lifting and no need to consume more time for opening and taking out the platform.

Is to proof the second argument is correct by drawing a finite element analysis and Autcad drawing in A4 form will be provided for details.
And you need to apply a weight on the platform itself as an example that people standing above it and see if that will effect in regards bending or ANY other deformation or any things that may effect while lifting the pump .
