I'm in need of an expert for Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to support the design and development of an ultrasonic transducer.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in FEA software
- Experience in designing and developing ultrasonic transducers
- Knowledgeable in analyzing various material types, particularly metals, plastics, and composites
- Capable of conducting stress, thermal, and vibration analyses.
Your role will primarily focus on conducting comprehensive stress analysis to ensure the transducer can withstand operational demands. A strong background in working with metals and composites is preferred as these materials are commonly used in transducer construction. Ultimately, we aim to create a robust, high-performance ultrasonic transducer.
Please note, FEA for thermal and vibration analysis may also be needed, so experience in these areas will be beneficial. Your contribution is vital to the success of this project, and I look forward to collaborating with you.
