Engineering consultant for mechanical project

I have a few questions related to production engineering. They are about electronic device, but only about the mechanical parts of it: retractable cable reels and methods of attaching the device to the desk. There aren't any big forses or energies, the questions are fully about shapes of parts and how to produce them.
I would like to have a call for a few hours with a specialized in this field engineer for me to know more about this.
I can of course provide all of the needed detail beforehand.
