Engineering and blueprint for an ICF HOUSE IM BUILDING

I am looking for an experienced engineer to produce the necessary blueprints for a medium-sized house that I am planning to build. The house is approximately 1000-3000 square feet in size, and I already have a detailed sketch of the design. The engineer will be responsible for creating structurally sound blueprints that will be used for constructing the house. It is essential that they have experience in structural engineering as well as electrical and mechanical engineering. The overall output should reflect an attention to detail and expertise in this field.
