Engineering assistant / weekly support

Dear,
I m project manager working with the design and engineering of various high value equipments for the scientific research ( particule accelerator , mechanical structures , piping etc. )
I m looking for an assistant to help me go through a large amount of small tasks and projects, design adjustment , drawing production , planning and documents production.
Experience in Catia and Solidworks is appreciated , high adaptability and quick understanding is key.
