Engineering Concrete Water Tank Indonesia

I am looking for an experienced engineer to help with the design of a 300m3 concrete water tank in Indonesia. The tank will then have a small dwelling constructed on top of it. I have plans drawn up for the building, but am really looking for someone who can specify steel sizes, beam sizes and spacing's etc. Note the tank is all formed concrete and the design must be from products/sizes that are commonly available in Indonesia.
