Electro-Mechanical job with magnetism experience

I'm looking for a mechanical engineer who has experience with magnetism and electronics. This is for help in building a prototype as explained below.
I'm having 2 mini toy cars - 1 RC car and other matchbox/hot wheels dye cast car. I'm trying to connect 2 cars using a powerful magnet/electro-magnet and then make the dye cast toy car run coupled along with the RC car together, as shown in the attached videos.
Objective of this project:
Demonstrate that the magnetically coupled cars are able to run at their full speeds, climb slightly steep gradients as well as ascend down-slope (15 - 20 degree slopes) without loosing their magnetic coupling. The cars should be able to continuously run in a circular track with up/down slopes for 2 minutes without breaking the coupling. If an electro-magnet is designed, then there should be no interference with the wireless radio.
The developer should be able to develop a working prototype and demonstrate using a video that the objectives are complete, and then deliver the prototype to me within stipulated timeframe. I shall be providing the developer with all the necessary hardware they will need to accomplish this job. The developer will have to provide me with the list of everything they need to develop the prototype and link to the vendor from where I need to source.

This is only a part of the whole project, and successful completion of this project will automatically lead to you get the part 2 of this project as well, which will be little more complex and challenging.
