Electric Host Modification

Description
We will need to investigate the possibility to modify an existing cheap electric hoist:

The task is to modify the hoist to add/modify a button which allows the weight to enter free fall. During the free-fall state, the hoist should not consume any electricity. Just let the weight falls to the ground and stops just before the wire runs out of length / when the stop button is pushed.
Equipment
We will buy a hoist and let you play with it.
Delivery
We will need a detailed written plan and video of how you modify the electric hoist to achieve the result. Moreover, we will also need the electric hoist back.
Work Permit
Priority will be given to UK/EU citizens, as in the next phase of the project; we may invite you to our site in the UK to work on additional projects in the future. However, we can also consider citizens outside the UK/EU. Please contact us if you are not UK/EU citizen.
Workplace
You will be working online in your own workshop. We will not provide any equipment/workplace/office for you to attend at this stage.
