Educate me on my future prototype and possibly help build it.

My invention idea that I want to become a reality is a seated exercise machine. It has foot placements and there will be a top and bottom pulley system with no weights involved to help with the movements. I believe that this project has a high $ potential. Looking for education on it, such as how it can be made, possible price range, etc. Also looking for a team to potentially build it.
