3D Editing & CFD analysis Assistance on SolidWorks and Ansys

I'm seeking assistance with a thermal analysis of a 3D model in ANSYS, specifically focusing on heat distribution. I have model but it needs a little bit improvement. I have file in .stp format. I need basically a diffusion/dispersion analysis and checking an altering the system if it achieve the requirements or needs further modification.

Your tasks will involve:
- Running simulations to assess the mixing of hot water with cold water inside a diffuser tank. There are two diffusers top and bottom inside a tank. The tank is insulated so that the process is adiabatic. The water comes to tanks from top diffuser and goes out from the bottom diffuser.
- Providing insights and recommendations based on the simulation results.
- Assisting with the optimization of the project based on these findings.

Ideal candidates will have:
- Extensive experience with ANSYS, particularly with thermal analysis and CFD analysis with Fluent.
- A strong background in working with 3D models, creating it and optimizing the model for given criteria.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical solutions based on data analysis.
