Dynamic FEA / CFD Simulation of Rotary Joint
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
We developed rotary / swivel joint concept which help to transfer fluid under pressure / temperature and along with movement of joints to pass through fluid and need help on FE validation support before prototype and testing. FE simulation / validation will be done based on the testing acceptance criteria.
Below are the expected scope of work.
1. Perform the dynamic load simulation with below FEA analysis using Ansys (estimated 3 iteration per analysis as we may need to tweak the design based on initial results)
a. Fluid Pressure impulse simulation with rotary / swivel joint movement.
b. Random Vibration Analysis
c. Shock load analysis
d. Life Estimation of Assembly
Note: 3D Model, Loading condition, Acceptance criteria will be shared once the project allocated.
2. Prepare calculation to support the above simulation as needed.
3. Prepare and submit detailed report (both in PPT / Word file) of above scope of work
4. Share the FE model and result files for backup
