Ducted fan Design and CFD simulation

I am looking for an experienced engineer with expertise in the design of a ducted fan for an aerial vehicle. The main performance requirement is high efficiency. The engineer should have the necessary software proficiency to do a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation using a specific software, ANSYS, starCCM+, XFlow, .... The engineer should be able to design and simulate the fan, and provide detailed information about its performance in various scenarios. Experience in the fields of aerospace engineering, turbo machine, fluid mechanics, or propulsion will be beneficial.
