Diesel Engine Design & Analysis ASAP

I'm urgently in need of a proficient mechanical engineer to develop drawings and specifications to overhaul an existing Cummins diesel engine.
Drawing template to be provided. Information from Cummins on overhaul requirements will be provided.
Drawings must show what is being removed, refurbished, and reinstalled. Drawings must include a notes section, required specifications, steps to remove and reinstall engine. Reference OEM (Cummins) requirements for an overhaul.
While the exact points of focus weren't specified, a well-rounded approach encompassing all aspects of engine component design would be the best fit. Due to my project's urgent nature, I need someone who can hit the ground running. A background in prototype development and testing, troubleshooting, or maintenance would also be advantageous. Please only bid if you can start working on the project immediately.
