Development of custom-made Ag-AgCl electrodes

I am looking for an engineer, laboratory, or company that can produce two different types of custom-made electrodes, to be used for electrodermal measurements. The electrode materials are conventional (silver-silver chloride [Ag-AgCl] and metal). One type of electrode must be made from scratch, while the other type can be obtained by modifying commercial electrodes.
