Detailed Steam System Analysis in Meat Plant
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I require an experienced engineer to conduct a thorough analysis of the steam system in a meat processing plant. The plant leverages coal, natural gas, and biomass boilers. Your task will involve:
- Providing a detailed report on key aspects of the steam system, focusing particularly on the boilers which form a major component of the system.
- Delving into the engineering aspects of the system, with a focus on system design.
- Delivering accurate heat and mass flow calculations.
To be successful in this role, a deep understanding of steam systems, knowledge of different types of boilers and proficiency in executing heat and mass flow calculations are necessary. Past experience with system designs and meat industry processing plants will be a tremendous advantage.
