Designing a tank manhole

Calculating reinforcing plate for a new manhole in a storage tank fulfilling the rules in EN 13445-3 and writing a drawing for the welding of the new manhole and reinforcing plate in the tank.
The calculation can be done in PV Elite and the calculations, a summary and drawing shall be included in the delivery.
