Designing mechanical and electronic parts
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Im going to design a zipper teeth cleaning machine
My task is like replacing motor and slider crank unit in to pneumatic system
It has three units
1. Mechanical (motor, mild steel, pneumatic cylinder)
2. Electronic
3.small machine vision camera unit to length measurement
Objectives are
I have solid works design and bill of materials and parameters
You have to search and give researchers regarding it
Do the calculations for mechanical components
Such as replacing a force of motor with slider crack mechanism in to pneumatic cylinder
Main calculation needed for the system and steel parameters for machine body for avoid vibration
