Design torsion springs
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
1. We need to design a torsion springs. They will be used for the unfolding of 2 wind towers.
2. Emphasis should be placed on the fact that the repulsive force should work on decomposition. And during assembly, this force must be overcome by the worker who assembles the sections of the tower. That is, the force of the spring should not be strong, but should fulfill its role.
3. The movement and control of unfolding/folding is done by a human using cables attached to each section of the towers.
4. Offer options for attaching springs to tower sections.
5. The estimated weight of the tower sections is 70 kg, but we accept it as 100 kg.
We can provide drawings of towers and sketch of a spring.
