Design a simulation for how drying is done inside of a solar dryer

Take a shape (cubical/cuboidal) ,keep a test material inside could be anything any fruit, any leaf and provide the boundary conditions, what i need is how the material get's dried upon action of hot air from the inlet , also in other words how moisture content is behaving when hot air flows from inlet to outlet
