Design a mechanical control mechanism

I have a large (1200mm dia) disc that seats into a ring set into the floor. The disc is made of glass with a 10mm steel ring supporting it.
I want you to design a mechanism that will lift the glass disc around 120mm and then rotate it through approx. 120 degrees.
