Design of lithium ion battery pack and its thermal analysis on Ansys fluent.
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
This lithium ion battery pack is 72V, 40 Ah made of 26650 cells (26 mm diameter, 65 mm height) meaning 20 series, 8 parallel cells.
The simulation needs to be performed for varying orifice sizes, air velocity and air vs liquid cooling. The effect of various parameters on the temperature of the cell needs to be analysed and added in report form. Time is limited and I need this fast.
